No charge for children under the age of 3 years
old.
No charge for awnings if a ground sheet is not
used.
A
reservation may be made against a £20 deposit (deductible from the
total). The balance is payable on arrival for the full period book.
Extensions cannot be assured in peak periods. It is wise to ensure
against cancellation of your holiday, as no refund may be given.
Please advise us if your arrival might be delayed. Your pitch will be held
until 10am the next day. Touring pitches may not be available until
11.30am in the peak season and should be vacated by 11am on the day of
departure, unless otherwise arranged. We have a holding area for
overnight arrivals and late departures.
Please Note Park Conditions:
- A speed limit of 5 MPH is strictly enforced
throughout the park, anybody exceeding that limit will be asked to
leave the park.
- Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult
to the toilet block, the play park and games room.
- Please consider others and keep unnecessary noise
to a minimum!
- It is health and safety requirement that we must
bring to your attention potential hazards on the park, such as; The
stream that runs through the park. The risk of falling out of trees
.The children's play equipment in the park and other such areas.
Accordingly please be aware of your children's whereabouts at all
times as it is your responsibility to supervise them and their
actions.
- All visitors must report to reception on arrival
before driving through the park.
- Any vandalism, damage to buildings or equipment
such as Play Park, games room, laundry room and showers you will be
charged the cost of replacement or repair and asked to leave the park.
If the matter cannot be settled the police will be called and
further action will be taken.
General
Information:
- Battery charging facility and FREE freezer pack
service
- All touring and camping pitches are 33' plus in
width
- 10 Amp electric hook-ups for lighting, T.V. and
fridge etc. They are not rated to accept domestic kettles and fires
etc.
- Please only put domestic rubbish in the bins, you
must only put clean items in the correct recycling bins and take any
other items away with you and not leave them in the refuse area such
as broken chairs, pots and pans, inflatable beds etc .If the volume
of such items continue we will have to put prices up to cover the
cost of clearing such items.
- Seasonal pitches and all year storage for touring
caravans are available.
- Sorry but we do not accept groups of young adults
unless belonging to bona fide and regulated organisations.
- Please note that the park is not suitable for
children who prefer the attractions of noisy holiday camp and the
play park is not suitable for children over the age of 14 years old.
